Shipping & Delivery
Our team is working hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, while making safety our top priority.
We've implemented additional hygiene and distancing measures at our warehouse on the advice of our safety consultants, Work safe and the Queensland Department of Health, including: split shifts, deep cleans, social distancing, barrier screens and (our own ;) hand sanitiser at every workstation.
Dispatch times
Our processing and dispatch times are currently at normal levels. No delays are expected.

Delivery times
Australia Post has advised there are some delays due to COVID-19. Express post delays could be up to 5 business days or more.
We will ship to most international locations and offer complimentary shipping for all Australian orders over $47.
With every order you will receive a unique tracking number once your order has been processed. This will allow you to be able to log in and track your order with your unique tracking number.
If you are unable to locate your tracking number please call us on 1300 037 736 and speak to one of our friendly staff who will be happy to help.

- We have a flat rate of $8.95 for all orders under $47
- We also offer express postage for $14.95
All our orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle who deliver during the following time frames. Monday through to Friday from 8am - 6pm AEST. This usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive. We do offer express postage with Australia Post's Express Postage and this usually takes 1 - 3 business days to arrive after dispatch.

You may be required to pay customs and import tax. It is recommended that you confirm this in your own country by contacting your local customs agent.
International shipping is delivered express by DHL.
International shipping is $59.95 flat rate.
We are not able to make any changes to your order once it has been dispatched. We kindly ask that you double check your delivery details to ensure that they are correct before placing the order with us.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Essentially Co Pty Ltd. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
2. Shipment Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed.
3. Shipment Locations
3.1. Domestic and International
Essentially Co Pty Ltd ships domestically as well as internationally. If you have a question about domestic or international deliveries, please contact us at hello (@) essentially.co.
4. Shipment rates and delivery estimates
We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order.
(a) Same Day Shipping
If ordered by 2:00pm, Monday to Friday, the order will be dispatched on the same day. If ordered after 2:00pm, the order will be dispatched on the following business day.
(b) Express Shipping
The order will arrive within 2-5 days within Australia business days via Australia Post ExpressPost.
Express Shipping costs $14.95.
(c) Standard Shipping
The order will arrive within 5-10 days within Australia business days.
Standard Shipping costs $8.95.
Note: Subject to placing your order before specific cut-off times.
4.1. Please note:
(a) Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
(b) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
(c) Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
(d) Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
(e) When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:
(i) Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution center and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
(ii) Weight factor: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
(f) Due to Covid-19, lockouts, social distancing, environmental impacts beyond our control, packages to and from our facility in Brisbane may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during this time.
(g) We will not be responsible for wrong shipping addresses if you have provided incorrect information.
5. Tracking Options
Essentially Co Pty Ltd aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.
5.1. Domestic and International
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have a tracking number for their Australia Post parcel.
International orders are sent with DHL. This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally.
6. International Customs, Duties and Taxes
All orders shipping to a destination outside of Australia are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department.
Essentially Co Pty Ltd is not responsible for any possible customs and taxes applied to your order. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in anyway from these chargers and we work very closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure as few delays as possible. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. You agree that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, and custom requirements or other like taxes, fees, levies, costs or expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally.
7. Damages
If there is any damage to the package on delivery, please contact us immediately at 1300 036 637.
8. Missing or Lost Package
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception. We’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Essentially Co Pty Ltd politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at 1300 036 637 to report missing or lost package.
