Our essential oils are all sourced from either
- Certified Organic Farmers & Suppliers;
- Soil Association Certified Organic Food Grade Suppliers; or
- Australian Farms Quality Assurance certification

All of our oils are 100% Pure and not adulterated in any way.
In all of our blend products we use either 100% Organic Jojoba or Sunflower Oil.
Each of our oils have a Certificate of Analysis available from our source of supply. Please contact us to be sent the COA.
If you cancel your order prior to the order shipping we can provide you with a full refund. If you cancel your order once the order has shipped you will be entitled to a refund of the items purchased, as long as you return the items unopened in unused condition. One the return has been receive you will receive a refund processed to you payment method within 7 days.
If you have a change of mind of order the wrong product prior to the order shipping,(on the day of order), then please contact us immediately and we will aim to amend your order. If the order has already shipped, you have 90 days to return the item in unopened, unused condition and we will process a refund on the item within 7 days.
Shipping domestically in Australia can take 2 -7 days.
Shipping internationally can take 7-14 days.

Unfortunately no. Our delivery partners specialise in door-to-door delivery, which is why we need a physical street address. If a receiver is not home to sign for a parcel, it will either be delivered to a nearby location for collection or made available for a free redelivery.
