Tired swollen feet, ankles or lower legs can all benefit from this wonderful essential oil compress. Comes packaged in a PCV zip purse. Includes 5ml treatment blend (use a couple of drops at a time) and compress cloth.
Cold compress. Our compresses are particularly effective. All are packaged in a PVC ziplock bag and come with a 100% cotton cloth for applicatin. Instructions included but a few drops of compress oil is placed in a small bowl of either cold or warm water (dependent on compress remedy). After stirring and breaking up the oil into the water, the cloth is then used to soak up the water and oils and placed directly to the area in question as per instructions. Compresses are very effective.
